When you are able to manage stress, negative health consequences are often avoided. Many stress techniques are learned skills. Providence Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation is offering a once per month hour-long class to provide you with the tools and information needed to take control of the stressors in your life. This class is free of charge to all, and is located in the Heart Center Conference Room located at the southwest end of the first floor next to the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation gym.
