Groups

The Langdon Clinic is offering a group for boys in the 3rd and 4th grade who have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.  Langdon Clinic is also offering a group for Middle School age adolescents diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and another separate group for High School age boys and girls with the same diagnosis. These groups will help students successfully manage their ADHD symptoms at school and at home, as well as offer support from peers dealing with similar struggles.

The group meets for 10 sessions and each session is an hour and a half.  During that time, parents and students will gain an understanding of ADHD and its symptoms.  Parents will learn various interventions to help their child take control of their ADHD symptoms.

The group is facilitated by Eric M. Unruh, LCSW.  Eric Unruh is an experienced child and adolescent therapist and also has experience working in the public school system in Colorado Springs as a Licensed School Social Worker.

To sign up for this group, please contact the Langdon Clinic at 212-6900.  Eric Unruh is also accepting appointments for individual ADHD evaluations and treatment.
