Center for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Health and Rehabilitation

Education, Support, Exercise

Cardiovascular disease is a chronic, progressive condition. The good news is that you can control many of the factors that make it worse.

Through our services of Screening, Education, Support, and Exercise, our goal is to reduce the impact of cardiovascular and pulmonary disease in our community.

Our clinical staff help patients set reasonable goals, and design individualized programs to meet the personal needs of each person we serve.

We believe that comprehensive lifestyle changes are powerful, low-risk, and cost-effective ways to improve health and quality of life. We insist that our patients be active participants in their health care and that they choose the degree to which they want to participate in our services

For more information about the Center for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Health and Rehabilitation, please call (425) 261-3780.

Healthy Heart Exam
For individuals interested in preventing heart attack and stroke, the Healthy Heart Exam raises personal awareness of risk factors, motivates moderate to high risk individuals to take action that will lower risk, and detects high-risk individuals and prompts referral to doctors for follow-up.

The exam includes a resting ECG, a Heart Risk questionnaire, a cholesterol and blood sugar profile, blood pressure assessment, exercise habits assessment and recommendations, assessment of heart attack/stroke risk, and consultation with staff. Results are given to clients and sent to clients' doctors. Request an appointment online or call 425-261-3880.
