Providence Everett Medical Center has always treated children throughout Northwest Washington for everything from broken bones to major illnesses. Now Pediatrics has a place in the Pavilion, designed especially for younger patients and their families, with sleeper sofas and private baths in each room to ensure a comfortable stay for parents as well.
A special activity room for children will provide a fun, safe area for both patients and their siblings to play. With etched glass walls depicting an undersea world and a 15-foot tropical aquarium at child’s eye level, the play room will be a popular gathering spot for the young patients.
Pediatric Subspecialty and Outpatient Services
Children's Everett, a program of Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center, will offer subspecialty outpatient care inside the Pavilion, providing the same expertise patients can get in Seattle, without the travel. Experts in specialities such as pediatric behavioral health, cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, orthopedics and urology will be available for consultation and treatment.
