Eligibility Requirements

Residents must be at least 55 years old. (In a two-person household, only one person needs to be 55.)

Proof of mobility impairment required for applicants under 55 years of age. 

Annual income must be below $17,450 for a one-person household or below $19,950 for a two-person household.

Providence House - Yakima is owned and operated by the Providence Health System, a nonprofit Catholic health care organization dedicated to serving all in need.
