Medical Director
Jason Toth, M.D., M.S. began his practice in 1990 and is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. He graduated from George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency training at Martin Luther King, Jr. General Hospital in Los Angeles. Additionally, he holds an M.S. degree in Environmental Health and Epidemiology from George Washington University. Dr. Toth serves as staff physician for Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center’s Emergency Department and as Medical Director for the Providence Urgent Care and Occupational Health Center.

Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Specialists
Behrooz Broukhim, M.D., began his practice in 1978. He is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon with expertise in arthroscopic surgery, hip and knee replacement, non-operative treatment of neck and back injuries, and repetitive trauma injuries of the upper extremities. He practices in North Hollywood and Los Angeles. A graduate of Teheran Medical School in Iran, Dr. Broukhim completed his internship and residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and his fellowship at Sherman Oaks Hospital. He is affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopic Association of North America, and the International Society of Arthroscopic Knee Surgery.

Benjamin Broukhim, M.D., started his practice in 1984 and is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon with expertise in joint and hip replacement, sports medicine, neck/back injuries, arthroscopic surgery, and surgeries of the shoulder, knee, and wrist. He completed his internship and residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Broukhim speaks English, Farsi, and French; his staff speaks Spanish as well. He has worked in the local area since 1984, with offices in Studio City and Beverly Hills.

Philip Conwisar, M.D., began his practice in 1993 and is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon with expertise in sports medicine, joint and hip replacement, arthroscopic surgery, and hand injuries. He graduated from Chicago Medical School, did his internship at Michael Reese Hospital, his residency at the University of Illinois, and his fellowship at the University of California, San Diego. Richard Feldman, M.D., began his practice in 1987 and is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon with expertise in joint and hip replacement, the spine, knee surgery, back pain, arthroscopic surgery, and sports medicine. He has worked in the local area since 1989. A graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School, he did his internship and residency at UCLA Medical Center and completed a Degenerative Spinal Fixation fellowship in St. Gallen, Switzerland. He was Board Certified in 1989 and 2000, and his medical society affiliations include the California Orthopedic Association, the North American Spine Society, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He speaks both English and Spanish.

Boyd Flinders, M.D., began his practice in 1981. He is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon who makes house calls, and he has expertise in back pain, joint and hip replacement, the spine, and Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. Dr. Flinders has worked in the local area since 1981. After graduating from medical school at the University of Southern California, he completed his internship and residency at L.A. County-USC Medical Center. Christophe Lee, M.D., began his practice in 1999 and is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon with expertise in hand surgery. He has worked in the local area since 2002. A graduate of Hahnemann University School of Medicine, Dr. Lee did his internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey (UMDNJ), his residency at the UMDNJ University Hospital, and his fellowship at the Maricopa Medical Center.
He accepts children as patients and speaks both English and Korean. Dr. Lee is also a qualified orthopedic hand specialist.

After graduating from medical school at Temple University, he did his internship and residency at New Jersey Medical School and completed his fellowship at the Sports Clinic in Laguna Hills, Calif. Russell Vergess, M.D., began his practice in Burbank in 1977. He is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon with expertise in joint arthroscopies, total joint replacements, sports medicine, and trauma. With an undergraduate degree from Columbia University, he graduated from Cornell Medical School and did his orthopedic training at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Dr. Vergess treats adults, adolescents, and children (with the exception of those with congenital birth defects). His medical society affiliations include the Los Angeles County Medical Association, the California Medical Association, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and the California Orthopedic Association.

He graduated from medical school at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, completed his internship and residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and did his fellowship in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. His medical society affiliations include the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine. He accepts children as patients.

Orthopedic Hand Specialist
George Balfour, M.D., began his practice in 1981. He is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin, did his orthopedic residency at Martin Luther King, Jr. General Hospital, and completed the Joseph L. Boyes fellowship in Surgery of the Hand at the California and Orthopedic Hospitals in Los Angeles. Dr. Balfour serves as a medical examiner for the California Department of Industrial Relations, and has served on numerous committees for the American Association for Hand Surgery and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
