Free Evaluation
During your initial FREE evaluation, a nurse practitioner, working closely with our physician specialists, will perform an evaluation to determine your needs. You may then be referred for physical therapy, pain management or surgery. |

Surgery
Providence Spine Program surgeons are performing world-class, innovative, minimally invasive procedures for back and neck pain. View our tutorial for more information about this type of surgery.Providence Medford Medical Center has a special wing for spine surgery patients. Registered nurses have been specially trained to care for spine patients. |

Physical Therapy
Outpatient physical therapy is directed by a board-certified physiatrist and performed by experienced, certified physical therapists. If you want a referral closer to your home we can also help. |

Pain Management
Along with your specific treatments or independently, there are other resources available either such as interventional pain management, lifestyle modification, body mechanics and other education including stress management. |
