Providence MS center will be presenting papers at the American Academy of Neurology Two papers, “The Oregon MS Registry- Preliminary Results” and “Depression and Fatigue in Clinically Definite MS- Results from the Oregon MS Registry” have been accepted for poster presentation at the 62nd Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) on April 17, 2010 in Toronto, Canada.
Program manager Chiayi Chen wins health care writing award
Providence Multiple Sclerosis Center Program Manager, Chiayi Chen, has earned the 2009 Nursing Economic$/Margaret Sovie Writer's Award. Chen's co-authored article, "Evaluation of a Nurse-Practitioner Led Care Management Model in Reducing Inpatient Drug Utilization and Cost," was published in the May-June 2009 volume of Nursing Economic$.
