If you are 40 and older, or if you're younger and think you’re at high risk, we encourage you to schedule an appointment for a screening mammogram (fees apply). To schedule a mammogram, call 503-215-6079 or request an appointment online.
Breast self-examinations In addition to receiving regular mammogram screenings, you are encouraged to lead a healthy lifestyle, visit your physician regularly, and pay attention to how your breasts look and feel. Look out for thickening or lumps. If you notice any changes, contact your physician.
