Overview

Lifeline provides individuals of all ages 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week access to personal support and at-home assistance in an emergency. It’s ideal for those recuperating at home from illness or surgery and the elderly or physically challenged who want to live more independently in their own home.

Whenever help is needed, simply press the lightweight, waterproof help button (worn as a pendant), which activates a small in-home unit called a communicator. A caring Lifeline Monitor will find out what kind of help is needed. It may mean calling an ambulance, or simply calling a neighbor to check in. The Lifeline Monitor will then follow up to ensure help was obtained.

News & Information

Serving peace of mind

The Lifeline program serves residents of Oregon in Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Yamhill counties and the Northeast area of the state, and also Clark County in Washington.

Lifeline is affordable

For only $40 a month and a one-time installation fee of $55, loved ones can rest assured that you're safe, secure and happy in your home. You don't buy the unit, and there's no need to make a long term commitment.
