Overview

Providence Women's Health is devoted to improving the health of women and children. The program collaborates with other Providence Health & Services programs – such as Providence Heart and Vascular Institute, Providence Cancer Center, and Providence Brain Institute – to provide complete health care services for women of all ages.

Providence Continence Center
Do you have bothersome bladder problems? Do you ever leak Urine? Too often, women stop activities they used to enjoy, or they isolate themselves at home, assuming there is nothing that can be done to improve their situation. In fact, 80 percent of those affected by urinary incontinence can be cured or improved with the help of the Providence Continence Center.

 

Children’s services
We know that children’s bodies and minds react differently than adults to injury, illness, medications and therapy. So we have created a caring, family-centered and state-of-the-art environment to make your child’s care experience as pleasant as possible.

Heart Disease: A Woman's Concern

Did you know, one in every three American women develops heart disease? Heart disease is the leading cause of death in women. Surprisingly, more women than men die of heart disease. Compared with men, women with heart disease are diagnosed less frequently and are less likely to survive a heart attack.

Domestic violence resources

No one is immune to domestic violence or an abusive relationship. It can happen to anyone. It happens to men and women of all ages, from all cultures, across all socioeconomic groups. Online resources are available to help you or your loved ones with domestic violence or an abusive relationship.
