Alcohol and drug use can change your life and the lives of those around you. Providence Centralia Hospital's Addictions Recovery Center is an outpatient chemical dependency treatment provider for adults. We are hospital-based and certified by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and the Washington State Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse. Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance plans cover program costs. Additional resources are available for those who need financial support for their treatment process. Confidentiality The Addictions Recovery program is strictly confidential. Special admitting and follow-up procedures are designed with patient privacy in mind. Referrals and Admission Individuals may self-refer to treatment. You may also be referred by your physician, a mental health professional or friend, although a referral is not necessary for admission into the program. Diagnostic Evaluation Assessing the unique needs of each individual is the first step in receiving treatment. Our specially trained staff will complete an assessment and develop an individualized treatment plan. The results of the assessment and treatment recommendations are discussed with the individual. Any reports or evaluations needed by the court, attorneys and referring agencies will be provided. Our Staff The Addictions Recovery staff has specific training and education in the treatment of adults experiencing problems with alcohol or other drugs.
