While there is no magic pill for those struggling with chronic pain and illness, there is life after. The Langdon Clinic offers an 8 week psychoeducational therapy group for adults with chronic pain and illness. This group is designed to promote support and new coping skills to manage and reduce pain and promote healing. Stephanie Warnock, LCSW will facilitate the group.

Each group includes a relaxation or meditation exercise designed to reduce pain and stress as well as a brief check-in where group members share successes and lessons learned.
