Providence Health System is offering a six-week smoking cessation program using American Lung Association materials. Facilitated by a certified smoking cessation counselor, this program is available to anyone who is interested in quitting. The program offers education along with a support group – a winning combination that has a high success rate. The sessions will cover:
• Addiction and phases of quitting
• Quit techniques
• Exercises and practice quit techniques
• Quit day challenges
• Get support from others who want to quit and stay quit!
