The Breakthrough staff is made up of a set of individuals who are diverse both clinically and demographically. All clinicians are Master level counselors and are dedicated to providing the most ethical and progressive treatment available. The average clinical staff member is 48 years old and has 20 years of experience in the healthcare field with over 14 years of chemical dependency treatment experience. The Breakthrough program is client-driven with the staff working as a clinical team. The result of this model is that each client receives the benefit of having a dedicated individual counselor while, at the same time, drawing on over 200 years of combined clinical experience.
