The GRACE program is for those individuals who wish to address patterns of behavior which were developed as a result of childhood trauma or from living within a high-stress or addictive family system. This is a intensive, 12-week, closed  group which meets for 3 hours once a week. In addition, individual sessions with primary therapist are offered as needed. Participants develop individualized treatment plans, are expected to maintain abstinence, and be involved in an active program of recovery. As this is an advanced group, completion of Breakthrough's Family Night educational series and an assessment are required to be accepted into the GRACE program.

The GRACE group meets on Tuesdays from 6:00 - 9:00 pm for 12 consecutive weeks and is facilitated by Jan Campbell, MSW, LMSW and Ken Holmes, MC, LMHC, LPC.  Information regarding health insurance reimbursement or other financial arrangements is available. Please call or email with questions, to sign up or to arrange a payment schedule.
