 A full range of rehabilitation services are available at Providence Extended Care Center Monday through Friday, for those who require these specialties.
Appointments for physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology services are made after evaluation in consultation with your doctor. Therapy sessions are scheduled for a minimum of 30 minutes based on the stamina of the individual. Your family member may be invited to participate in your therapy as you get closer to discharge. If you are coming to Providence Extended Care Center for continued therapy, we encourage you to bring proper clothing for therapy such as sweat pants, t-shirts and athletic shoes.
