The resident services department is available to assist our residents in the management of their financial resources and provide personalized services to promote independence and increase self esteem.
• Maintain a resident trust account for residents who
deposit funds in the facility
• Provide payment services for personal bills
• Install and bill cable boxes
• Maintain a storage area for personal belongings when a
resident expires or discharges
• Assist with PFD application
• Assist with all state and federal program applications
• Assist the admission department
• Deliver resident mail on a daily basis
• Assist residents with making financial decisions
• Assist with family travel information
• Discharge funds for personal activities
