 The management of Providence Horizon House encourages residents to value and enjoy their apartments as they would their own homes. We believe that residents should be given every opportunity to pursue their interests, consistent with the rights of their fellow residents. To many people Pet’s are a loving part of our lives and when we grow older that love does not stop. Many of us hold fond memories of pets when we were children or pets when we were raising children. Nurturing those connections to animals is one of the reasons we have pets living and visiting at Horizon House.
In keeping with this philosophy, residents committed to responsible pet ownership may have a pet. We understand the fact that there are people who wish to avoid contact with pets and other animals. The rental agreement addendum for pets is designed to protect both pet owners and non-pet owners, and to ensure that the animals themselves receive responsible care.
