Providence provides Personal Care services when an individual's medical needs would otherwise require placement in an acute or long-term care facility. Certified Nurse Aides provide the following services:

• Bathing & Personal Care Assistance

• Assistance with Ambulating & Transfers

• Meal Preparation

Call (907) 486-9545 to set up an appointment with a Care Coordinator who will visit your home to assess your individual needs. Based on the assessment, arrangements will be made for Certified Nurse Aide visits.
