Complimentary Courier Service
Providence Laboratory Services is pleased to offer complimentary dedicated courier service to its clients. Providers can call 261-3631 and speak with a Customer Service Representative to schedule off-site laboratory specimen pick-up. For providers on-site, please page the courier by dialing 88-0016 and entering your office suite number and the numeral 2 at the tone. Complimentary courier service is provided Mon-Fri 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
