In keeping with the mission of Providence Health System, the Laboratory opened three new patient service centers this year.  

The new, three or four-draw station centers provide convenient access and ample parking. Our patient service center is linked to the largest laboratory test menu in Alaska in conjunction with Mayo Medical Laboratories.

Complimentary Courier Service
Providence Laboratory Services is pleased to offer complimentary dedicated courier service to its clients. Providers can call 261-3631 and speak with a Customer Service Representative to schedule off-site laboratory specimen pick-up. For providers located on the Providence Medical Center, please page the courier by dialing 88-0016 and entering your office suite number and the numeral 2 at the tone. Complimentary courier service is provided Mon-Fri 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
