Outpatient phlebotomy services are available at all the Providence Patient Service Centers and the Main Laboratory. The Patient Service Centers are designed to cater to the outpatient population, and we recommend that patients use any of the four Patient Service Centers rather than the Main Laboratory during normal business hours. A phlebotomist is also available to visit offices located on the Providence Alaska Medical Center campus.
Outpatient Laboratory
Located in the lobby of the Providence Medical Office Building A, 3340 Providence Drive.
Hours: Monday -Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m.-3 p.m.
Patient Service Center - Tudor Square Mall
Located on the corner of Dale Street and Tudor, 3425 E Tudor Rd
Hours: Monday -Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Patient Service Center - Creekside Campus
Located in the new medical office building off the main Providence campus, 3841 Piper St
Hours: Monday -Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Patient Service Center - Wasilla
Located off north of Palmer Wasilla Highway and east of Seward Meridian, 3750 E Country Field Hours: Monday -Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Mobile Phlebotomist
Available on the Providence Alaska Medical Center campus only. Call 88-0661, or from outside the phone system, call 212-5800, and dial 88-0661.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Main Laboratory
Located on the first floor of the Medical Center, 3200 Providence Drive. Accessible through the gallery off the main lobby.
Hours: Available after hours and Sundays after 8 am by appointment only.
