Online pre-registration is designed for patients of Providence Alaska Medical Center and Providence Imaging Center who want to save time when they arrive for an appointment. The information requested is the same information that will be required upon arrival the day of the procedure.

If you will be admitted within the next 48 hours, you must call (907) 261-3149 during normal business hours to pre-register by phone. If you are scheduled for a procedure on a Monday, you cannot pre-register online or by phone after 5:00 pm on Friday. You will need to pre-register when you arrive, so please plan for the additional time.
