Tower U/Cancer Center
Providence Alaska Medical Center has built an 85,000 square foot medical tower, including a 45,000 square foot comprehensive state-of-the-art cancer diagnosis and treatment center, and 40,000 square feet of medical office space, which opened in December 2007. It is a place that provides Alaskans access to first class comprehensive cancer information, education, assistance, treatment and follow-up.
Walter J. and Ermalee Hickel House
Located behind Providence Alaska Medical Center, our new guest housing facility provides 43 guest rooms. Like Providence House before it, the Hickel House is be a home away from home for Alaskans and visitors who need a place to stay while they or their loved ones seek medical care at Providence.
Eagle River
Providence is in Eagle River! The 20,000 square foot building opened in October of 2008. Medical office space includes Providence Imaging Center, Providence Lab, primary care, women's services, physical therapy and includes space for visiting specialists.
Providence Contractor Training
Annual Contractor training is mandatory
• Watch each presentation.

• When you have finished watching the training presentation print out the test and answer the questions.
• Print out the badge request form and fill out the requested information.
• Review the Contractor Compliance Packet
review and become familiar with the Contractor Compliance Packet before performing any work at the PAMC campus.

[Post Test] [MAPS: infection control areas]
• Bring the completed test(s) form and a filled out contractor badge request form to your Construction Manager.
• The badge form will be signed by your C/M and you will need to call security @ x 4567 to get a badge made.
• The test will be graded by the Providence C/M and a validation sticker will be given to be placed on the contractor badge.
