Tower T
A 116,000 square-foot medical office building with spectacular views opened in May of 2006. In addition, there’s a four-story parking garage, heated walkway from the garage to the Health Park hub lobby, creek crossing skybridge to the main hospital campus, café, and numerous support services.
Tower U
A second phase is Tower U, connected to the Southeast side of the Health Park hub. Scheduled to open in late 2007, it is a 95,000 square-foot building. The centerpiece of the facility is the 55,000 square-foot Providence Cancer Center. Two floors of the building will be dedicated to medical office space available for physician offices and related businesses.
Tower S
The third phase consists of Tower S, planned for completion in 2009. This building will provide approximately 95,000 square-feet of medical office space. All three towers have gorgeous views of our beautiful city and surrounding mountains.
