You may phone the units any time of the day or night. If the nurse caring for your family member is busy, you will be given a condition report. Information may be limited due to confidentiality.
In order to allow us to provide the best care for your loved one, please limit the number of other phone calls into the units. Designate one spokesperson to relay information to friends and family. If you would like to limit calls to a patient's room in the Progressive Care Area, please let us know.
