Home Health Care
For patients unable to leave home, home health nurses provide in-home medical services. Home Health Care services include physical and occupational therapy, medical social work, nutrition counseling, and certifed nursing assistants. Home health nurses work with varied populations such as perinatal, pediatric, geriatric, hospice and other adult patients.
Long-Term Care
Providence Wesley is a 40-bed, long-term care facility that provides skilled care and rehabilitation services. The center is staffed by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certifed nursing assistants, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and activity and dietary staff who work together to develop individual plans of care to help each resident attain the best possible quality of life.
