Jugular: Refers to the veins in the neck which drain blood from the head, brain and face toward the heart.  catheters may be placed in these veins for procedures.

Jaundice: Yellowish staining of the skin and sclera (the whites of the eyes) by abnormally blood high levels of the bile pigment bilirubin. The yellowing extends to other tissues and body fluids. This suggests liver or gall bladder problems.
