How are we doing?

The Maternity Center is commited to providing the best maternity care possible in Alaska.  We want your feedback!  Some patients (who have been randomly selected) will receive a questionnaire in the mail after their stay.  If you receive one of these questionnaires, please take a few moments to complete it and let us know what we are doing well and what needs improvement.  The postage is already paid for you to return it in the mail.
