When a child needs special therapies, it is important to work with a team of specialized professionals.
Pediatric Therapy services at the Children's Hospital at Providence are delivered by an experienced, multidisciplinary team made up of licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists. We provide physical, occupational and speech therapy services to children from birth to 18 years of age, in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Our goal is to help each child reach their fullest potential so that they may succeed at home, at school, and in their community.
Our team of therapists will work individually with a child, or they may work together as a multidisciplinary team to address each child's individual needs.
The child's physician and other professionals such as a dietician or social worker may also be included in the development of the child's individual treatment plan and therapy goals.
We are one of the few facilities in Anchorage that offers all therapies to help children in one convenient location.
