Providence has facilities in two Montana locations: Missoula and Polson.

St. Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center in Missoula offers the community a comprehensive medical facility and provides western Montana with the most advanced cancer and cardiovascular treatment. In addition, it is the regional leader in mental health and addiction treatment. 

St. Joseph Medical Center is located in Polson on the Flathead Indian Reservation. It offers the community a full service Emergency Department, Diagnostic Imaging and Testing, Laboratory, Surgery, Cardiovascular Care and Pediatrics and Women’s Health Services.
