About Caleb A. Langsam

Caleb Langsam is a certified physician assistant who received his training at Rutgers School of Health Professions. After working in family practice and urgent care for 10 years, Caleb met the Providence Cancer Institute Franz Dysplasia Clinic care team. They inspired him to use his skills to continue the clinic’s important work. In his practice, Caleb values compassionate, patient-centered care. He encourages patients to be involved in their treatment plans through education and shared decision-making.

Caleb’s commitment to serving others began prior to his career in health care. After completing a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn., Caleb spent nearly a decade helping nonprofit organizations refine their mission and raise capital. Some of his clients included the Apollo Theater, Teach for America, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and others.

Originally from New York City, Caleb moved to Portland in 2005. In his time off, Caleb continues to build his knowledge of the arts by enjoying movies, music and theater. He also enjoys spending time with his family, traveling the Pacific Northwest and working hard to provide the best life for his terrier-Chihuahua mix, Max.
