Michael B. Wilson, MD

Michael Wilson, M.D., believes in the importance of shared decision-making. "My responsibility as a physician is to empower my patients, to listen and understand their goals so that we can work together to make decisions and select treatments to align with those goals," he says.

Dedicated to educating his patients is Dr. Wilson's key approach. "My hope is that patients leave our meeting with a better understanding of their disease and what benefit they can expect from the treatment options we've decided on. One of the most important roles of a physician is educator."

Dr. Wilson mainly sees patients at our Newberg location, but will be also servicing patients at our Providence Bridgeport location on Wednesdays, starting in January 2021.

Dr. Wilson earned his medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Born in Utah, he enjoys the outdoors, playing soccer and traveling. He and his wife Emily are kept busy raising their three energetic boys.
