This is audiology appt. Some questions on survey do not apply. My visit with audiologist was the best. Ms walker did excellent job with my evaluation.

Ms Walker was great. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer questions thoroughly. 10/10 would see her again.

The service I received was very good, the problem that I had concerns about is time. It was 3 or more months before I was able to get the appointment, this vist was only a pre-appointment to actually vist the doctor.

Great experience. Laura showed me the audiogram, gave me a copy, & also gave me a copy of last years audiogram

Dr walker listened to me and was proactive She contacted a supplier to replace equipment. For me, even though she doubted they would do it. 2 days later she text me saying I would get a direct shipment to my house. She also clearly told me what to do with the old charger.

I should have been told there is no mail entrance and therefore how to find the best door and a map to find correct office. The facility is very confusing. My care provider was excellent.

Dr. Walker was very rushed with me. She didn't explain procedures very well. She argued with me after results were given. I know my ears and hearing history. I will never see her again nor recommend her. Her bedside manner needs a lot of work.
