About Tom Chau
Tom Chau, MD, takes a collaborative approach to care. "As a partner in health, I will give my patients the best information and guidance I can," he says. "At the same time, I ask my patients to be active participants in their own health."
In his practice, he emphasizes wellness, healthy living and efficient care. "As health is the ultimate goal, I support the safe and prudent use of complementary and alternative therapies when medically appropriate."
Dr. Chau received his medical degree from the University of Colorado in Denver. He completed his internship and residency at the University of California, San Diego, where he was elected chief resident. In addition, he holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Colorado.
Dr. Chau was born in Taiwan and grew up in Boulder, Colorado. He is an avid hiker, connoisseur of food and amateur chef of fusion cuisine.
