I was not given a follow-up appointment for blood test or prescription refill for a thyroid condition. Pills are running low.

It took a very long time to get in to see this provider, nearly 9 months, as my previous practitioner from that office moved away. A referral to another provider would have ensured better and more timely monitoring of my health issues. It may have also prevented some ills altogether.

Dr. D is very unique I think in that she listens to any problems I am having with medication, pain, etc. and helps me to find a solution. At 75 I forget sometimes to take insulin and she has been working with me to find a way to solve this deficiency . She is appreciated more than she will ever know, I believe.

I saw [...] several times she said she visited with Dr. [...] about my issues so it was a shock when I saw Dr. Danicich. She basically ignored what [...] had done & said my symptoms were more neurological. This was the 1st time subject came up.

This was the first appointment with Dr. She was so friendly and caring. She took all the time anyone would wish to go over all my situation with me and suggested some things to do that might help me. She also told me some things I did not know about that will help me a lot. What a treasure she is.

My initial referral to the office was not acknowledged the way I had hoped for. There was some urgency involved and I had to contact the office to see whether the referral was even made. I was told it would be November before I could get a new patient appt. I basically hung up. I was offered an appt. the following day because of a 'cancellation'. I suspect it was because the referring doctor made a call. From that point on I was treated very respectfully and had a very positive experience. Especially with the receptionist and the nurse. The doctor was pleasant enough but didn't really seem to take command of my health care needs.

Dr. Danicich was my endo when at [...]. I opted to stay there when she moved. My TSH numbers wen't wonky and my concern for recurrent cancer was such I decided to return to her. In addition I has just been diagnosed Diabetic. This happened in November. I had to, however, be treated as a New Patient. I signed all the releases with [...] for the records from Dr. Danicich hen I was her patient, my current doctor and all surgery and labs. She didn't have that information. I had to wait until late April to get an appointment. They had a cancellation and I was able to see her in March. But.. seems like a 6 month wait when the primary concern is possible cancer recurrance, or just a new diabetes patient is a few months, like 5 too long. But it's Missoula. What are you going to do. I love Dr. D. I'm glad to be back with her, but the wait time to get into her practice is crazy.
