Good experience, liked Dr. Maddux

The Heart Inst. is a great place. I did my 5-way bypass there 13 years ago and I count on them to keep me going.

Dr. Maddux was patient and made complex issues easy to understand.

[...] I can only have positive feelings about my experience in this hospital. I had surgery there in 1984 for a heart valve replacement by Dr. [...], and have always had high regard for their services.

All good experiences.

My provider was great - Listen to all my problems and is helping me for additional help1

All very good!

Your doing great don't change anything.

Excellent, your team is great.

good exam but long wait time.

Very good.

Has performed tests and procedures for me in past. All seems to be going well.

I was a little disconcerted that I was put on new cardiac meds with no f/u appt. - but I arranged that with my usual provider - and, since my potassium stayed @ [...] I'll also arrange a potassium level. Since I worked in health care before retiring, this is fine, but I'd be concerned that another patient might just keep taking the potassium until someone thought of a recheck, or that person got into trouble. Here, as often happens, communication is a problem. I could have been a better patient, and asked. I'm sure my primary thought Dr. Maddox wld f/u, and he thought she would.

Great dr. & staff.

All good.

My experience has been outstanding including two surgeries and numerous tests and office visits. I highly recommend Dr.Maddux and his staff.
