didn't get chance to discuss other medical concerns at visit. Also had a meeting of staff scheduled same time as appt, so was delayed.

[...] I LOVE the My Chart service. I use it to message my provider, refill prescriptions, and any other reason that I may need to contact them. I use it instead of calling the office.

Sometimes I feel as though I'm just giving them more info to put in my records and not taking me seriously enough and not addressing the needs which they consider unimportant, but I wouldn't be telling them my symptoms unless I considered it important, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem.
