The provider was amazing. Getting scheduled as a new patient was not as amazing. I had to call two times to check on referral, because no one had contacted me (I waited 3-4 weeks before contacting the office to inquire).

Dr. was great, scheduling was easy and prompt.

The assistants were very patient ([...] is 2) and the drs. were very reassuring and helpful. We loved everyon we dealt with!

Dr. Abou-Harb was kind; he was excellent - educated, VERY patient!

Dr. Abou-Harb was wonderful! He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions.

Dr. Abou-Harb, is incredibly knowledgeable, does a wonderful job advocating for his patients and is sensitive and thorough when providing patient education. Dr. Abou-Harb is wonderful! However, every time I have interacted with [...] at the front desk or over the phone she is rude! I don't know if she is just miserable or hates her job, but she never sounds happy, she makes me feel like a burden for needing her assistance (basically doing her job seems to annoy her). LOVE Dr. Abou-Harb, his RN is fabulous! CNA's are great with my child as well. Front desk, specifically [...], is lacking some serious customer service skills and general human compassion. My child's HCP, provided a referral to see Dr. Abou-Harb. However the front desk did a horrible job explaining everything that needed to be done prior to scheduling an appt. I had to call Dr. Abou-Harb's office at least four different times and kept getting new & different information from the front desk. If the individuals working the front desk and phones properly informed me on the information they requested from the beginning I would have been able to be prepared to supply it with them in one go! I can't do what I don't know needs to be done. I'm a medical professional and I had to ask all the questions to get the ball rolling. I would hate to see how frustrating that process is without a medical background. The front desk does a very poor job at representing what a wonderful doctor, Dr. Abou-Harb truly is.

I felt like the doctor's attitude was that everything I think I know is wrong, and that he is right as the doctor. For instance in asking about side effects of a medicine and deciding the best care for my child. He said why would I recommend this treatment as opposed to actually answering my questions.

best provider

Didn't really get answers and not sure we will on what is causing tummy pain.

Very good provider super nice and friendly very excellent experience

My son was referred to this doctor to do a follow up after having a blood test that was possitive for some concerning issues. The doctor said the tests all were normal, and asked how he could help us. Tired to explain that we were told the tests werent normal and that is why our regular doctor referred us here. We then explained to the doctor what steps we have taken due to the tests we were told about, and the doctor felt these were pointless steps to take. The doctor seemed to have the wrong test results with him, or we were told the wrong ones to begin with. I do not know where the mistake happened, but this doctor obviously did not have the information that was the entire reason we were there to begin with. The doctor then started talking to my son about other possible things that might be bothering him, [...] He then recomended a procedure that I feel had absolutely nothing to do with why we were there, as he stated before, he saw that everything was normal and fine. [...] I am extremely disappointed and confused as to why we were ever even there to begin with if this doctor either didnt know that there was a problem, or had the incorrect information. It was a complete waiste of my time, was offensive, and had a strong feeling of perhaps being much worse than that.

Dr. was always very rushed & felt like he was in a hurry to get to next patient/customer.

Dr. was insulting and insensitive. Told me that his kids didn't need medicine so mine shouldn't. He downplayed my child's illness and didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.

Did not follow up with plan discussed at appointment after lab results were in. I called to discuss my concern - no call back - when I did get a call back it was as if I didn't call and they were just telling me the results.

Great doctor. Lots of issues with office staff. We shared with doctor that if this practice was not the only gave in town. We would go elsewhere.

Very thorough.
