I wish that my provider would have given my OBGYN more information about what pediatrician was needed. My OBGYN didn't seem to have received all the information that the provider gave verbally to me.

very knowledgeable, caring and a very good doctor!!

This was the best experience I've ever had at the doctors office.

I was in between insurances and the clerks currently did not have my new insurance the day of my appointment but the clerk worked deligently to correct the information.

the nursing staff was great and understanding

receptionists are frequently rude, unhelpful, and snappy whether I'm calling or there in person. ive been to this office multiple times and never once did they offer to calidate my parking, I'm always there in the morning before 0900 there should be plenty of vouchers left still. they have private conversations and on one occasion spoke of a friend who has many pregnancy related issues and her baby didn't do so well. when I'm there for a high risk pregnancy stories like this are unacceptable. the other staff, the MA for [...], makes comments about my blood pressure every time I'm there. my BP is being managed properly and I'm sensitive to comments about it, I don't need her to make me feel worse or more stressed about it. it's frankly not her place to say anything. also when I come in for my appointments, which are often, I need some flexibility. I'm not going to always have time to write down my blood sugar levels, so bringing in a printout from an app should suffice if the info is all there. I don't need to be lectured about making things easier for your office, it should be the other way around. also, the constant in person appointments are ridiculous, I can email my numbers to the office and have a phone appt which would be so much easier on my schedule! why is this not done more!

Like most Providence offices, I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time before I was seen.

Waiting time was over an hour. When first arrived they told us they were out of network for my insurance -- it would have been good to know that ahead of time -- but then they said we were in network, leaving us hoping they were right. My blood test results hadn't been faxed over, the main need for my appointment, so it would have been good if those had been proactively requested ahead of time.

All the staff and provided in this office have been wonderful.

The lady that did the ultrasound was very patient and friendly. The receptionist team was very friendly and helpful.

I wish Dr.Barber could be my primary doctor. [...]

very good!

He explained all options and what was going on with my baby. Very easy to talk to and put my mind at ease.

I went in for an ultrasound. the lady who did it was very sweet and informative. the worst part by far was the reception area and having to wait almost 20 mins for our early morning appointment.
