Dr Cheng is my Urologist. I was referred to her in June for bladder and prostate problems. We have reached the point of only having an annual psa test and prostate exam. [...] Dr Cheng is an excellent urologist who treats the patient well.

Explained that I have slow to start urine and when finished have to wait and push a bit more to completely empty, she told me that I shouldn't have to... ????? Don't understand that statement, because it's what DOES happen to me. Took months to be seen.

[...] she's a great provider. I always have to plan to be at her office for over an hour because I usually have to wait 30-60 minutes after my appointment time to see her.

It took me over 3 month to get into see this physician after a ER visit in August, she was not happy, nor was I that it took this long to get an appointment, and my kidney stone is still in the same location that it was in August.

The whole purpose of seeking a urologist was to find someone to help me figure out the bladder portion of a long term disease I was recently diagnosed with and why I was showing inflammation in my bladder. Cheng had zero interest in the bladder complications of that disease and specifically said so. She wanted a quick immediate problem, place me in a box and was unwilling to work with my other health problems. I have had an ongoing bladder infection that is not clearing up, unfortunately with my crohn's/colitis, and other allergies I am limited as to what I can take. I am hurting and have been dismissed several times. Not only was she unaware and unwilling to investigate the bladder complications [...], she was also unaware of how a specific drug could be administered. [...] her nurse was great. However my experience with Cheng was very negative.

Time management at this clinic is excellent. however, provider explained things so fast that she appeared to value sticking to a strict time limit rather than making sure I understood my condition and the choices for care.

The front desk staff is very good and helpful. But Dr. Cheng's medical assistant, [...], is very slow in getting back to me regarding questions, UTI problems and assistance. I realize she is very busy but maybe more staff is needed in this area to serve the patient better.

Had an extremely long wait for the doctor in the exam room. If I had brought my ipad I certainly would not have been bored out of my gourd. There were not even year old magazines like in some other waiting rooms. The longer you wait the more anxious you tend to get.
