This was my first appointment with Dr. Craddock, she is my new MS specialist. She and her staff were wonderfully kind and professional, and I left feeling very pleased with my new care team. She seems to know a great deal more about my condition than other, non-MS specializing neurologists I have seen in the past.

this was my first visit with this provider, she asked a lot of questions, she listened and then she told my husband and I what she thought was going on with me. She was leaning towards MS and explained why. The diagnosis scared me but made feel, hey finally someone is taking me seriously and it's not mental condition. Dr. Jessica did say she would have to run more tests and get different MRI's but she's pretty sure that MS is what I have.

I had, I'm not sure exactly what to call it, but the "perfect storm" health event. Although I still have another consultation to go, I believe all of this was caused by a combination of a very bad sinus infection and its effects and an adverse reaction to a prescription medication: one that only 1% of the population apparently experiences. I was seen by Dr. Craddock the day I called, which was both amazing and very reassuring as she ruled out any neurological issues. Truly amazing the extent of care and the thoroughness of diagnostic tools used to determine what the matter was. You have my heartfelt thanks and appreciation in what was a very scary event. thank you so very much.

She diagnosed me with [...] and suggested I begin a medication called [...]. I did and I am 11 days into the medicine and I am now headache free. I have been to numerous doctors over the past 8 years having a 24/7 headache with no resolve. She put a name to what I was dealing with. For this I am truly thankful!

I was referred here for specialty care and the doctor was unable to give me the answers that I needed to know because of my situation. Not her fault but I wonder if another specialist would have known a little more.

Dr Craddock spent the time necessary to address my concerns and discuss future options for my care. I feel like she was not in a hurry to get to the next pt. and spent whatever time I needed to make sure we both understood my concerns. She made clear what the results of my MRI meant and why there were changes from the last one

I liked Dr. Craddock. Many neurologists are intimidating to talk to. I felt she addressed my concerns.
