Excellent provider and staff. even called me after hours to check on status. outstanding!

Very professional.

My provider takes very good care of me

Dr Delich is my HERO

I waited 52 minutes for the dr to enter the exam room and left before the nurse came into the room to follow up. I don't feel that my time and time limitations were respected.

The doctor is great, however the back office staff & office manager have been consistently miserable to work with! As well, they almost never answer their phones. Its always "leave a message & will get back to you within 24 hrs." THEY DON'T! We HATE dealing with this place! We often just walk into the office to make appts. & deal with lab & x-ray or ultrasound orders rather than spending days dealing with issues they ignore!

The main phone number to contact for this office only allows to leave voicemail. After many calls from myself & my primary doctor, it was 4 weeks before I received a return call to set up the initial appointment.

My provider seems to stay on top of my medical needs. I have faith in his abilities to take of my medical needs

From reception through seeing the doc and staff...couldn't have asked for a better experience. Timely, pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful

I really like Dr. Delich - He's very knowledgeable, friendly and caring.

Dr. Delich was very good at communicating & explaining my health care issue. Having someone take notes during my visit allowed Dr. Delich to focus on my needs. Refreshing to have a doctor that is hands-on, not worrying about taking notes/working on the computer. Focused on meeting my needs. This is how all doctors should practice - so patients feel like they are getting the care they need. Technology seems to interfere with this process. (Not for Dr. Delich.)

Dr. Delich has helped prolong my life!

I am very glad to have such well informed doctors.

Dr. Delich was extremely busy the day of my initial eval. (had to take call & left exam room). Despite that, he was attentive & focused, & listened to my questions. I thought it was a brief initial exam but I am aware he is very much in demand. He had none of my records & was polite about accepting the records I brought with me so his assistant could copy whatever he needed.
