She was very personable and made me feel very comfortable.

I loved how Olivia engaged my husband in the appointment and conversation. It was so nice to see!

I felt welcomed and she created an environment that put me to ease and made me free to talk to her about any health concerns. an excellent experience!

Olivia is amazing! I will keep coming back because of her. She is always nice, and makes it easy to talk to her. I had her for a mid wife when I was pregnant two years ago, and she still remembers his name! I feel like she goes above and beyond to help me. I wish I could rate her higher

I felt as though we were a little rushed, previous prenatal Drs I've seen have lots of time to discuss all questions and I left with a few unanswered. I had mentioned these topics to the nurse beforehand.

This was the first time I had met Olivia and she was so nice! I was there for a routine pregnancy visit and she took great of me. I also talked to her about another health issue I was having. She didn't know a ton about it specifically but was really caring and then immediately looked up information and emailed me through mychart any additional info she had found. It was really helpful.

Ms. Olivia is the first midwife I have ever met with. She was absolutely fabulous the entire appointment. I think she truly she has a passion for the work she does and I couldn't have asked for a better provider.

I saw Olivia for routine prenatal care and also for a concern I was having (my appointment was rescheduled to an earlier date due to the concern). I was having localized, RLQ abdominal pain, but baby seemed fine and no other symptoms- Olivia told me she really wasn't sure what was the cause, but we would take a "wait and see" approach for possible new symptoms or worsening of the pain before doing any imaging studies. I left the appointment still feeling concerned and unsure of what was going on, but I felt fine with the plan at the time. Two days later, I was still having the pain, though it had improved somewhat. I called the clinic and got a call back from a nurse [...] within about 15 minutes of my initial call (thank you!). She listened to my concern about the continuing, but improved, abdominal pain and took a look into my chart- she told me that Olivia had written in her note after my visit that Olivia suspected it was round ligament pain. This was NOT communicated to me during my visit, and the pain I was experiencing was vastly different than the round ligament pain I have experienced so far with pregnancy. I felt that neither the nurse on the phone that day, nor Olivia had really listened to my complaint/concern about the pain I was having and that I was being "written off" or "pegged" as another whiny OB patient who doesn't understand the pains and discomforts of pregnancy. [...] I was VERY upset to feel this way and that I wasn't being heard as a patient- it really is a different perspective being on the "other side" of things! It's been a week since my appointment with Olivia and am still having occasional pain (especially when the baby kicks the spot where it hurts), but thankfully, it is SO much better than when I first went in for it. Three things I think should have been different with this experience: 1) if Olivia did indeed think the pain I was having WAS round ligament pain, I wish she had told me this during my visit. I worried about the pain for 2 more days before calling the on-call nurse, unsure of how to proceed (if I needed to be seen again or have an ultrasound done); 2) if Olivia did think this was round ligament pain, I would have appreciated education from her as to WHY she thought that, instead of telling me "wait and see" and finally, 3) the nurse on the phone was more in tune with what Olivia had put in her note vs. listening to what I had to say- I wish she had taken more time to really listen to me (this also would have been a great opportunity for education-- why does everyone think this unusual presentation may be round ligament pain??). Overall I've had such a great experience with the midwives and all other staff and the Women & Children's Pavilion and I'm still so confident in the system. As an RN, I know how hard it is to take care of other nurses! We do have high standards :) I'm looking forward to the rest of my pregnancy and I know I'm in good hands. [...]

My interactions with the care provider was very limited prior to our emergency visit. Our first interaction left such a positive experience, I specifically requested her for my continued care in my time of most dire need. Olivia Eisner went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for and treated with the utmost compassion

Experience was great, I just need to get to know her better before saying how confident I am in [...]. But first impression was wonderful.

Olivia is very personable! My husband & I love having her!
