since becoming a patient here, I have always been treated with care, compassion, and respect by everyone in this clinic. They all demonstrate really caring about your condition and ensuring proper care for improving your health.

Ms. Figueroa didn't listen to anything I said. Seemed super-rushed & unconcerned.

Lizbet Figueroa is the P.A. for my neurosugeon, Dr. [...], who was on vacation at the time. This was a follow-up to my epidural injection and MRI results from earlier this year. She was very competent and had a great 'presence' as a caregiver.

I feel as though I am being denied surgery because I am choosing not to quit smoking and the providers appear to be anti smoking. It is my choice to smoke as an adult and I don't feel it's appropriate to be denied medical treatment because I am a smoker with no desire to stop smoking

Liz was very late coming to my appointment - at least 1/2 hour, and spent 10 minutes with me. She did NOT apologize for being late. She absolutely has a very bad bedside manner - very rude. I thought I was going to see a doctor, not a doctor assistant.

I was looking for solutions to the problem. Essentially this office reported the things that were Not causing problems. I have yet to find a person help me diagnose and begin a Therapy that helps me move forward. The problem exists the same as before entering this office!

For how scared I was to begin having someone look at my back problems and the fear of surgery, I was met with a staff that put me at ease and gave me a lot of confidence in their area of expertise.
