Professional Statement
I enjoy helping families nurture their children in their own way. I like to help with advice when asked for it, and to answer questions. I don't worry about parents asking too many questions, because "paranoid" and "parent" start with the same letters.

Phone secretary was resistant to being helpful initially. Check-in secretary (I will guess the same person) was not very happy/friendly but took care of what needed to be done. The amount of paperwork to be completed while a toddler is running around is more than ridiculous unless a nurse is going to attend to your children while you complete it. The healthcare provider should take the time to assess the capabilities or ask you the questions and record the answers themselves.

Dr. Harper didn't show interest in my concerns about my son's health - Kept say "He'll outgrow it" - We saw a specialist & there is a problem she could of caught earlier.

Our son has had an ongoing issue with croup. [...] I'm well versed in what it is and how it's treated. I feel like overall Dr. Harper only half listened to me. I appreciated her insight but found that, even though I told her about my experience with croup, she disregarded it and told me her opinion on it. [...] She brushed it off as me being miss informed and said continue going outside and give him honey water if my son is coughing. So I left knowing no more than I already knew and feeling unvalued in my knowledge of my son's well being. On a positive note, your staff is extremely friendly.

I WASN'T ASKED ABOUT [...]'S MILESTONES AND IF HE WAS REACHING THEM, OR TOLD IF HE WAS AT A NORMAL WEIGHT AND HEIGHT. I JUST FELT THE APPOINTMENT FEELING LIKE I JUST TORTURED MY CHILD WITH SHOTS AND BLOOD TEST AND DIDN'T REALLY HAVE MORE OF A PURPOSE FOR THE VISIT. I ALSO DIDNT FEEL THAT MY CHILD'S ILLNESS WAS FULLY EXPLAINED TO ME AS WELL AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN.
