Professional Statement
I enjoy helping families nurture their children in their own way. I like to help with advice when asked for it, and to answer questions. I don't worry about parents asking too many questions, because "paranoid" and "parent" start with the same letters.

Scheduling is too far out; should not be 2 mos. out for preventive appointment if you need after school appointment.

Provider spent the majority of the visit talking about skin care for some mild dry skin on the baby's back, rather than the fever she had for 3 days (the reason for the visit).

When I call for an appointment, unless it is very urgent I have troubles getting in. I get referred to urgent care, and don't feel like a priority. I also see a great deal of alternative providers instead of my regular provider.

Phone secretary was resistant to being helpful initially. Check-in secretary (I will guess the same person) was not very happy/friendly but took care of what needed to be done. The amount of paperwork to be completed while a toddler is running around is more than ridiculous unless a nurse is going to attend to your children while you complete it. The healthcare provider should take the time to assess the capabilities or ask you the questions and record the answers themselves.
