Brought my son in for concentrated cloudy urine... Was told that the urine was AS CONCENTRATED AS IT COULD POSSIBLY BE. The reality was, it was still within normal range but concentrated more than it could have been. Dehydration was the issue.

I brought my daughter to Dr. Deb Icenogle and she is 12. The doctor spoke to her directly. Gave credit to what she had to say. Believed her.

Dr. Icenolge is always a good listener, she helps in all the aspects of care for my children. Its not all about what med to provide or treatment to initiate, it's about resources and where to find the help I need to be a good single parent to my kids so that can grow to be well rounded healthy humans.

Dr. Icenogle knows my son's medical history & is always very pro-active on managing his medical condition to lessen future incidents from occurring. She manages his asthma & allergies well.

The nurse is always great. The woman who drew [...]'s blood was absolutely HORRIBLE! I will NEVER allow blood to be drawn in that office again.

We came in for a followup after my son was diagnosed with ADHD. She was very pushy and rude using fear to try to pressure me into medicating him. did not give other treatment options and said things in front of my son such as it is bad he has ADHD, he will struggle with this for his life, and that adults with ADHD grow up to not hold a job, struggle in school, and depression as well and even divorce. IN FRONT OF MY 8 YEAR OLD SON. This is not ok and I am setting my kids up with a doctor at a different clinic.

The office staff and RN were rude and unprofessional, Dr. Icenogle seemed very rushed and I will not be bringing my children back to this office. This is not the first time we have had this problem with this office and staff.

I would expect a pediatrician to be more understanding of normal child behavior. She was abrupt with the children and they were noticeably uncomfortable.

My children have both been with Dr. Icenogle since 2011. I could not ask for a better provider. So much so that when she moved to another location we followed her.
