The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey.Responses are measured on a 10 - point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5 - point scale in order to display results in a 5 - star rating.Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

2 successful surgeries

the d, neck r didnt listen to any of my quiestions or examine any of my painful areas like back, legs

I always look forward to my appointments because I trust in my surgeon to help with my neck.

4 weeks to get in for an appointment after an ER visit seems a bit excessive.

Dr. Iuliano takes time to go over with me on issues that arise and explains it thoroughly. Takes the time of listening of issues that arise and explaining items so I can understand.

nurses have more control over doctor and all treat patients poorly at times

I met dr. through a referral gov. program - he did do one MRI. I have had surgery on S. I. joints by a different dr. have osteoporosis through back &other bones, Fawcett arthritis, bulging discs, severe bone narrowing, bad neck. He never says anything to me, always says: "he doesn't see why I'd have any pain -

Dr. Luliano spent 8 hrs. working on my back and it's still messed up. He is very concerned and now wants me to receive more surgery.

my care provider is good when I need to ask questions and need thing I don't care for is the rotation of nurses for my care team, just when you get used to a care member they change the care member ( nurse), then you have to get to know that nurse all over again.

Dr. Johnson is [...] sensitive to all my mental & physical health & problems. He also explains everything.

I found the staff & physician very courteous and listen to my needs.

After first appt with Dr Iuliano was referred for MRI & Nerve Conduction Study. Referrals were not sent by his office. Wife had to call and follow up after about a month and a half. After this appt was referred for Steroid Injection. Wife just called today, 11/9 and referral had not been sent by Dr. Iuliano. I am in pain and this injection can possibly give me some relief. They need to do the referrals that the doctor is recommending. They are really doing a very poor job. My wife had to take time from her work schedule to follow up with them and get them to send the referral.

Dr. Iuliano had not even looked at my MRI before entering the exam room, in which I waited at least 20 minutes after my vitals were taken. He did not offer any remedy...I had to ask. It was like pulling teeth! The only useful info I got from this visit was that surgery would not help arthritis of the spine and his office did not do injections.

Dr. Luliano is the first doctor to identify [...] birth defect. I think he is excellent & I appreciate him studying my MRI and then calling me right away. Thank yoU!

Dr was very good easy to talk to.
