Steven M. Kernerman, DO

Dr. Kernerman is board certified by the American Board of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Kernerman is licensed to practice medicine in Washington, and received his medical degree from Des Moines University in 1986. After completing his internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan in 1990, Dr. Kernerman then completed his fellowship in pediatric and adult allergy and immunology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He joined the Spokane Allergy and Asthma Clinic in July, 1992. Dr. Kernerman is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology and the American College of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Kernerman and his wife Sandra have two grown children. Dr. Kernerman enjoys outdoor activities including running and hiking, and enjoys reading and cooking.
